Opening Hours
PERSONAL & GROUP ACCIDENT CLAIM PROCESS
- Report the accident to CIC immediately through the given emergency or toll-free numbers
- Follow the same with a written notification as one awaits to heal
- Complete and return a claim form obtainable in all our offices and web site attaching doctor’s prescription and medical bills receipts after a clean bill of health
- Attach a police abstract if it was a road traffic accident or assult
- Attach copy of death certificate if the accident was fatal
- Attach copies of pay slips for the previous three months before the accident if the cover is arranged on salary basis
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- PA/ PA
- Original medical expenses receipts
- Payslips for 3 months prior to the accident(for employees only)
- Police Abstract if injuries are due to a road traffic accident or assault
- Death certificate in case of a fatal accident
ORDINARY LIFE CLAIM PROCESS
- A client will first notify us in the event of death, accident, or diagnosis of a critical illness.
- In the event of an incident leading to a claim.
Notification can be done through email [email protected] or WhatsApp - Once notification is received, the client will be advised on the forms that need to be filled. (You can download the forms below)
- Once the documents are received, they will be analyzed and communication to the client will be done
- Once all documents have been analyzed and found to be in order, the claim will be processed, and a discharge voucher will be provided to the claimant.
- Payment of the claim will then follow
