How can a teacher be promoted by TSC, What is required for a teacher to be promoted?

General requirements for a TSC teacher to be promoted to the next grade:

For a teacher working with the Teachers  Service Commission, TSC,  to be promoted, He/She must meet the following general conditions/ Requirements: One Must

1. Must have to serve at the current grade/ Job group for a minimum period of three (3)
   years
2. Must have satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process
3. Must have successfully undertaken the relevant TPD modules
4. demonstrate ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other
   teachers
5. have a valid Teaching Certificate.
6. meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution
