Tambach Teachers Training College

Tambach Teachers College is a Teachers Training College in Tambach, Elgeyo-Marakwet County, Kenya. It is one of the few public primary teachers colleges in Kenya.

The college is located in the serene section of the Elgeyo escarpment in Keiyo North District 43km from Eldoret, 11km from Iten and 39km from kabarnet, along the Eldoret-Kabarnet tarmac road.

To join Tambach Teachers College you must meet the following academic qualification requirements.

For Primary Teacher Education (PTE) you must have KCSE Mean Grade of C (plain) and for ECDE diploma you must have C (plain) and C- (minus) for certificate course.

Take-Away assignments/Projects All trainees must take and complete holiday term papers, projects and Group discussion questions, as these constitute part of continuous evaluation tools and marks submitted to KNEC.
Payment of college fees All trainees must make necessary arrangements in advance to pay the requisite college fees before the commencement of each session.
