Entry Requirements

PhD: Master’s degree in relevant field
Graduate: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Undergraduate : KCSE mean grade C+ (plus)
Diploma: KCSE mean grade C- (minus)
Certificate: KCSE mean grade D+ (plus)
Craft: KCSE mean grade D (plain)

Bachelor of Education Course Requirements:

  1. Mean grade C+ (Plus) at KCSE and at least C+ in each of the two teaching subjects,
  2. 2 principal passes at A’Level and 1 subsidiary in relevant subjects,
  3. Diploma in Education (May be exempted in relevant units).
  4. P1 teachers must have scored C+ at KCSE to qualify.

Application Procedure

  • Fill and submit the application form to an enrollment coordinator at any of our campuses. (Pick an application form from any of our campuses or request one here

  • Pay the application fee through the following:

    • MPESA​ (Paybill Number- 300078, use your Full Name or National ID number for Account Number)

    • Credit or Debit cards (Visa or Mastercard)

    • Banker’s cheque

    • KCA Bank Accounts:

  • Show the enrollment coordinator the originals and submit copies of the following documents:

    • Undergraduate applicants

      • High school certificate (KCSE, IGSCE, IB, etc.)​

      • Academic transcripts or result slip

      • National ID or Birth Certificate or Passport

      • Two (2) colour passport size photographs

      • Proof of application fee payment (KSh 1000)

    • Graduate applicants​: In addition to the above, ​

      • Bachelors certificate and transcripts

      • Recent curriculum vitae

      • Letter from employer

      • Proof of application fee payment (KSh 3000)

  • If your applications is complete and you meet the admission requirements, you will be issued your Admission letter in a few minutes!

  1. obviously like your website but you need to check the spelling on quite a few of your posts. A number of them are rife with spelling issues and I find it very troublesome to tell the truth on the other hand I’ll surely come again again.
