Entry Requirements
PhD: Master’s degree in relevant field
Graduate: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Undergraduate : KCSE mean grade C+ (plus)
Diploma: KCSE mean grade C- (minus)
Certificate: KCSE mean grade D+ (plus)
Craft: KCSE mean grade D (plain)
Bachelor of Education Course Requirements:
- Mean grade C+ (Plus) at KCSE and at least C+ in each of the two teaching subjects,
- 2 principal passes at A’Level and 1 subsidiary in relevant subjects,
- Diploma in Education (May be exempted in relevant units).
- P1 teachers must have scored C+ at KCSE to qualify.

Bachelor of Education(Arts) Admission Requirements
Mean grade C+ (plus) at KCSE and at least C+ in each of the two teaching subjects chosen, 2 Principal passes at A’Leveland1 Subsidiary in relevant subjects, Diploma in Education.P1teachers must have scored a mean grade of C+ at KCSE with at least C+ in two teaching subjects chosen.
Application Procedure
Fill and submit the application form to an enrollment coordinator at any of our campuses. (Pick an application form from any of our campuses or request one here
Pay the application fee through the following:
MPESA (Paybill Number- 300078, use your Full Name or National ID number for Account Number)
Credit or Debit cards (Visa or Mastercard)
Banker’s cheque
KCA Bank Accounts:
Show the enrollment coordinator the originals and submit copies of the following documents:
Undergraduate applicants
High school certificate (KCSE, IGSCE, IB, etc.)
Academic transcripts or result slip
National ID or Birth Certificate or Passport
Two (2) colour passport size photographs
Proof of application fee payment (KSh 1000)
Graduate applicants: In addition to the above,
Bachelors certificate and transcripts
Recent curriculum vitae
Letter from employer
Proof of application fee payment (KSh 3000)
