“All land buying companies which purchased land in Laikipia County are notified that the Laikipia County Government in collaboration with the Ministry of Lands and Physical planning has embarked on a rapid response initiative to fast track titling for land owners in Laikipia County.
In this regard, please note that all Land buying companies are invited to a meeting to be held on Wednesday December 19, 2018, at Majengo social hall in Nanyuki from 11.00am.
Kindly carry the following documents with you to the meeting:
- Original and copy of allotment documents (letters, cards etc),
- Original mother title deed,
- Copy of Company Incorporation Certificate and
- Copy of Kenya Revenue Authority, KRA, Certificate.”
