HELB portal open for Undergraduate Loans Applications
The Higher Education Loans Board, HELB, has opened the online portal for the Undergraduate Subsequent Online Application for FY 2019/2020. The Application Deadline is 31st March, 2019.

Am loice…I received a text from helb saying the deadline is on 31st July…does this mean I can still access the online application or I can’t apply !?coz I need the loan so badly
