2023 Form One selection for the 2022 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) exam candidates will be announced today Monday, January 16, 2023.

The selection exercise was conducted by the Ministry of Education, Kenya National Examinations Council and the ICT Authority.

Education CS Ezekiel Machogu assured parents that all the learners will proceed to Form One in line with the government’s 100 per cent transition policy.

“We will be releasing the Form One Selection results on Monday at exactly 10 am,” said Mr Machogu, adding that the selection was done in good time to give parents adequate time to prepare for their children’s admission.

To get the 2023 selection results quickly, send an SMS to 22263 with your KCPE index number to find out which school has selected you to enroll in.

You shall then receive your Form 1 2022 selection results. That is the school for which you have been selected to join Form 1.

The charges for sending an SMS to check Form 1 selection results for 2022 candidates are ksh.25 for Telkom, Safaricom, and Airtel lines.

2. Step 2: Now Choose the county and sub-county where you sat for your KCPE 2022.
3. Step 3: Type in your KCPE 2022 index number.

5. Step 5: The school you have been selected to join in Form 1 shall be displayed on the loaded page. You can then download your Form 1 KCPE 2022 candidate admission letter.
6. Step 6: To download your Form 1 admission letter for 2022 KCPE candidates, click on it and print or download it.
7. Step 7: Present a hard copy of your KCPE 2022 admission letter to the school you have been selected for validation.
8. Step 8: Prepare and present yourself with the requisite accompaniments as noted in your Form 1 joining instructions. You shall be admitted to Form 1 and start your high school studies.
