To be a teacher here, one must have a bachelor’s degree in education or a diploma in education with prior experience, have spent at least three years working in grade C2, and have shown competence in both instructional and administrative duties. They should also enroll in TSC professional development courses if necessary. The pay scale also includes teachers of special needs education (SNE) at primary and secondary schools.
As a new instructor at TSC, you don’t begin at C3 right away; instead, you begin at C1 for elementary teachers with a diploma and C2 for high school teachers with a bachelor’s degree.
