New games declaration form/ team list with provision for entering the learner's UPI

The Ministry of Education has released a new team list to be used in 2019. A new feature has been introduced on the team list which is the learner’s Unique Personal Identifier, UPI. The Learner’s UPI is sourced from the National Education Management Information System, Nemis. Other details to be provided include: The Learner’s;

  • Full Name
  • Class/ Form
  • Date of Admission
  • Admission Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Kenya Certificate of Primary Education, KCPE, index number and
  • the KCPE year.

The Games teacher/ coach and principal must also append their signatures on the team list.

The new form also has a provision for the Sub- county Director of Education, County Director of Education and the Regional Coordinator to make their declarations as the team progresses to upper levels.
