- Receives the ID/ Kenyan Passport from clerk
- Stamps the face of the counterfoil and at the back top-centre of the Presidential and Member of National Assembly ballot papers with IEBC stamp.
- Detach the ballot paper, folds it once vertically and gives the voter.
- Directs the voter to clerk Four
- Hands over voters ID /Passport to clerk four
