New list of all National Schools in Nyanza Region {CBE Senior Schools}

The whole of the Nyanza Region now has 40 National Schools that will offer the new Competency Based Education (CBE). The schools will offer all the three pathways for grade 10, 11 and 12 students.

Of the schools, 17 are boys’ only National schools, while 15 schools are for girls with the remaining 8 schools are mixed.

The Boys‘ only National Schools are: Homa Bay High School, Mbita High School, Agoro Sare High School, Orero Boys Secondary School, Riokindo  High School, Kisii High, Kisumu Boys High School and Maseno School.

Others are: Tarang’anya Boys High School, Kanga High, St Joseph’s Rapogi Secondary School, Nyambaria  High School, Kebirigo High School, Maranda High, Sawagongo High School, St. Mary’s School, Yala and Ramba Secondary School.

The list of the Girls’ National Schools in the Nyanza Region features: Ogande Girls’ High School, Bishop Linus Okok Girls’ Secondary School, Asumbi Girls, Kereri Girls High School, Nyabururu Girls, Kisumu Girls High School, Sinyolo Girls Secondary School, Nyakach Girls’ High School, St. Albert’s Girls High School, Ulanda, Moi Nyabohanse Girls High School, Kadika Girls’ Secondary School, Sironga Girls High School, St Mary’s Lwak Girls’ School, Ngiya Girls High School and St. Francis Rang’ala Girls Secondary School.

On the other hand, the Mixed National Schools in the Nyanza Region are: Lambwe Special Secondary School For The Hearing, Gianchere Friends Sec/Voc For The Hearing Impaire, Joyland Special Secondary School, Kibos Visually Impared Secondary School, St. George Special Secondary School, Kuja Special School For The Deaf, Fr. Ouderaa Sec. School For The Hearing Impaired and Nico Hauser Special School For The Visually Impaired.
