Ms Jane Marriott to replace out going British Ambassador to Kenya, Mr Nic Hailey

Ms Jane Marriott OBE has been appointed British High Commissioner to the Republic of Kenya. This announcement was made today by the United Kingdom government on its official website; https://www.gov.uk/government/news/change-of-british-high-commissioner-to-kenya-summer-2019

Ms Jane Marriott OBE has been appointed British High Commissioner to the Republic of Kenya in succession to Mr Nic Hailey. Ms Marriott will take up her appointment in summer 2019.

On her new appointment, Ms Marriot said; “Very excited about my new role and looking forward to building on the relationship and partnership between our two countries.”
