IPOA finds Kabete Police officers guilty for murdering police constable
On 7th Oct 2014, two officers from Kabete Police Station discharged their firearms resulting in the death of AP Constable Joseph Obongo, and two of his relatives Geoffrey Mogoi and Amos Okenye. The three were alleged to be robbery suspects. The Independent Police Oversight Authority launched investigations and here are the findings:
