Good news for motor vehicle owners, importers as production of new number plates resumes

Motor vehicle owners and importers have reasons to smile about as the government moves to restore production of new number plates. Production of new number plates had been suspended due to unavailability of raw materials. The government has announced that the resumption of this production kicks off in the next five days. The challenge faced in production of new Car Number Plates due to a shortage of raw material, has since been resolved. Production has resumed and the back log is expected to be addressed over the next 5 days, hence return to normalcy.
