Telecommunications company Telkom has introduced three plans that reward customers extra data bundles. The data plans are: Kshs 499 Mzito Bundle, Kshs 999 Mzito Bundle and Kshs 1,999 Mzito Bundle.

General Terms and Conditions for the Mzito Bundle packages are:
1). Free Data has a Fair Usage Policy of 10GB every day.
2). Free Data can only be used between 12AM and 6AM.
3). Free Data of 10GB will be reset every day at 12AM.
4). Free Data is available as long as a customer has a valid bundle.

The Kshs 499 Mzito Bundle plan:

1). Data Allocation: 3GB (30 Days Validity)
2). Minutes Allocation: 100 Any net Minutes (30 Days Validity)
3). SMS Allocation : 100 Any Net SMS Valid for 30 Days
4). Free Nights Allocation: 10GB Data For use between 12AM and 6AM (7 Days Validity)

The Kshs 999 Mzito Bundle Plan;

1). Data Allocation: 7GB (30 Days Validity)
2). Minutes Allocation: 300 Any net Minutes (30 Days Validity)
3). SMS Allocation : 300 Any Net SMS Valid for 30 Days
4). Free Nights Allocation: 10GB Data For use between 12AM and 6AM (30 Days Validity).

The Kshs 1,999 Mzito Bundle

1). Data Allocation: 17GB (30 Days Validity)
2). Minutes Allocation: 600 Any net Minutes (30 Days Validity)
3). SMS Allocation : 600 Any Net SMS Valid for 30 Days
4). Free Nights Allocation: 10GB Data For use between 12AM and 6AM (30 Days Validity)

2). What is the validity of the bundle?
The bundle is valid for 30 days.
3). Do you have Fair Usage Balance for Free Data?
a).10GB Daily allocation for use between 12AM to 6AM.
b). Free Night Data is valid for 30 days when you have subscribed to 7GB and 300Min and 17GB and 600 Min bundles
c). Free Night Data is valid for 7 days when you have subscribed to 3GB and 100Min bundle.
4). How do I check bundle balance?
By dialing *144#
5). Can I buy more than one bundle before the existing bundle expires?
Yes, you can subscribe to both Mzito bundles. The data and Any net minutes will accumulate but the daily allocation for Free Data will be 10GB.
6). What happens when my data balance is at 0MB?
Data will be at pay as you go (PAYG) rate of 4/- per MB.
7). What happens when my Bundle expires before exhausting the data allocation?
Any unutilized data bundle will be forfeited.
8). Do I earn Ziada points when I buy Bundles?
Yes you earn ziada points on the cost of the bundle.
