  • Original National Identity Card.
  • Original Academic Certificates: KCSE, Degree, Diploma or Masters Certificates.
  • Letter of appointment to the current grade/ payslip/ last promotional leteer. Any one of these will be required.
  • Letter of deployment/ assigning you responsibility of performing duties of Head of Institution (HOI), Deputy Head of Institution (DHOI) or had earlier acted as such through deployment by the Commission or Board of Manegement where applicable.
  • Performance Appraisal reports (TPAD) for 2021, 2022 and 2023.
  • Any other relevant testimonials like Co-curricular Activities Certificates.Exc
