The Commercial Bank of Africa, CBA, has issued a statement on the outage of its loan product on Safaricom’s Mpesa platform, Mshwari. Accordind to CBA, the Mshwari Services are currently unavailable due to a system outage.
CBA apologizes for any inconvenience caused and promises that their engineers are working tirelessly to rectify the problem. Mswari is a CBA product on Safaricom that Mpesa use to process mobile phone loans.
