We have a wide number of convenient ways to pay your electricity bills. All payments are posted in your electricity account on the same day.
We strongly encourage our customers to use the paybill numbers 888888 and 888880 for postpaid and prepaid bill payments respectively. Please follow the instructions below to top up your electricty.
1. Select “Pay Bill” from the M-Pesa menu.
2. Enter the Kenya Power business number 888 888.
3. Enter your new Kenya Power account number e.g. 123456.
4. Enter the amount you wish to pay which should be between Shs. 100 and Shs.35,000.
5. Enter your M-Pesa PIN.
6. Confirm that all details are correct.
7. You will receive a confirmation of the transaction via SMS.

2. Select Pay Bill from Eazzy Pay.
Choose the bank account number to pay from e.g.0123456789102
Select business number – KPLC Tokens
3. Enter your KPLC Prepaid Meter Number (e.g. 37168917674) press OK
4. Enter the amount you wish to pay which should be between Shs. 100 and Shs.500,000.
5. Enter your Equitel PIN and press OK
6. Confirm that all details are correct by pressing 1 OK
7. You will receive a text confirmation of the transaction from Equity bank.
KPLC will then generate prepaid token valid for your meter and send via SMS.1
NB: All payments are posted in your electricity account on the same day.

Choose the bank account number to pay from e.g.0123456789102
Select business number – KPLC Bills (Post Paid)
3. Enter your new Kenya Power meter number e.g. 2831172 or 3436980.
4. Enter the amount you wish to pay which should be between Shs.100 and Shs.500,000.
5. Enter your Equitel PIN and press OK
6. Confirm that all details are correct by pressing 1 OK.
7. You will receive a text confirmation of the transaction from Equity bank.
NB: All payments are posted in your electricity account on the same day.
Over The counter Payments
All our esteemed clients and potential clients can pay their electricity bill by cash through all Equity Bank branches across the country and all payments willl reflect in your electricity account on the same day.
As a rule, all cash payments should be made at Kenya Power’s authorised pay points which are located within official premises and the paying counters clearly marked CASHIER.
If you have an account with Co-operative Bank, Postbank or Standard Chartered Bank, you may also pay your bill through any of these banks’ Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs).
If you are a Co-operative Bank customer, your mobile phone is now an electricity bill payment point. To use the service, one must be registered with the bank for M-Banking service and also one must have registered their Kenya Power account number with the bank.

Situated about three kilometers on the northern side of Nairobi city, Kenya, KMTC headquarters and the main campus, Nairobi, stand on a 20-acre piece of land, opposite Kenyatta National Hospital, along Old Mbagathi Road.
With over 34,000 students attending more than 70 medical courses, KMTC makes the biggest single contribution to the health sector in Kenya and is currently producing more than 8000 graduates every year for both the Kenyan public and private health sectors, accounting for more than 80 percent of the hospitals’ workforce.
The institution boasts of a highly qualified and experienced teaching and administrative staff. It has a strength of over 1,900 members of staff.
The national distribution of the College is its biggest uniqueness. With 65 constituent colleges spread throughout the country as far as Lodwar and Garissa, Loitoktok and Kisumu, the impact of the College in improving healthcare is felt in all parts of the country.
At KMTC, we offer a wide range of courses, from certificate to diploma to higher diploma, which reflects the institution’s responsiveness to the needs of our nation.
To join KMTC to pursue a certificate course, you must have a minimum of C- with specific qualifications in cluster subjects in Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examinations. For diploma programmes, you must have attained a minimum of C with specific qualifications in cluster subjects. Upgrading courses require that a candidate has a certificate in a respective field while for higher diploma programmes, candidates must have attained a diploma course as per the following guidelines.
The following table is a summary of the requirements for courses offered:

To that end, the role of the Admissions and Records Office is to recruit, admit, and encourage enrolment of applicants who are spiritually mature, academically excellent, accomplished in extra-curricular endeavors, and broadly diverse through individualized review and professional judgment.
Applications:
All applications are ONLINE from the application portal on this website www.kmtc.ac.ke. The prospective candidates apply for admission into Courses for each academic year for Regular or Parallel Category. The Regular category have subsidized fee with optional accommodation but no choice for Campus while the parallel category have non subsidized fee, no accommodation option but have option for Campuses choice in more than Forty one (65) campuses situated in different parts of the country depending on the courses.
Procedure:
All applicants to KMTC are advised to ensure that their applications are correctly done so as to compete for opportunities fairly; some of the areas to note are as follows;
There are three fee categories namely:
Fees structure is subject to changes from time to time
Students are advised to pay fees on annual basis to avoid interruption of training
Upon dismissal, fees are not refundable.
NB: Students are advised to make financial arrangements to cover expenses related to Practical attachment; Research etc. details are available from respective faculties upon reporting.
All stationary is the responsibility of the student.
Students are encouraged to buy their own textbooks, and specific course book lists are usually provided as an admission package to assist in purchasing books.
All special medical equipment in each course i.e. Stethoscopes etc are the responsibility of the student.
