TSC PROFESSIONAL MIS-CONDUCT(OFFENCES)/ OFFENCES THAT CAN LEAD TO INTERDICTION/ DISCIPLINARY ACTION
TSC REVOCATION OF INTERDICTION LETTER.

The TSC may take disciplinary action against a teacher who commits any of the following offences/ misconducts:

  1. Immoral behaviour: Sexual intercourse, Sodomy, Lesbianism and sexual harassment/ flirtation
  2. Professional misconduct: negligence of duty, lateness to duty, Chronic absenteeism, desertion of duty, incitement and insubordination
  3. Infamous conduct: drunkenness, fighting
  4. Forgery
  5. Mismanagement and embezzlement of public funds
