There shall be a training, SMASSE, for Science teachers to be conducted in April, 2019, at various counties. Here is a sample of an invitation letter for teachers in Kiambu County:
RE: SMASE SECONDARY COUNTY INSET –APRIL 2019
The above mentioned course will be conducted from 23rd to 27th April 2019 for five (5) days at:-
1 Maryhill Girls High School
2 Kirangari Secondary School
3 St. Josephs High School – Githunguri
The training will be targeting teachers with working experience of 5 years and below.
The purpose of this letter therefore is to invite you for this important training. You will be required to produce this invitation letter at the INSET centre during registration.
Smasse training is for 5 years and below, a good number of us in Bungoma county are not included……., there comes my question how effective is Smasse training when those who are supposed to be there are not included. which creteria are they using to select
