TSC portal; Get all the TSC online services -

The Teachers Service Commission, TSC, provides a number of online services to teachers. Some of the TSC services that you can get online include:

NEW TEACHER REGISTRATION

Getting a new TSC number/ certificate is now done purely online. All that you need to do is to visit the TSC online portal; https://tsconline.tsc.go.ke/register/new-registration

CHECKING REGISTRATION STATUS

After applying for a TSC certificate, you may want to monitor the status status of your certificate. You can easily achieve this by clicking the linkhttps://tsconline.tsc.go.ke/register/registration-status . You need to have the ID Number/ Passport number that you used during the registration process.

REPLACING A LOST TSC CERTIFICATE

You may at one time misplace your TSC registration certificate. This should not give you sleepless nights, as you can apply for a Duplicate Certificate Registration. Get the service by following the link;https://tsconline.tsc.go.ke/register/new-registration

TMIS DETAILS

School heads can update data on their schools online. You can also update teachers’ details on the Teacher Management Information System, TMIS. You need to log in to be able to access this service. Ensure you have a User Name and password before logging-in at https://teachersonline.tsc.go.ke/

TPAD 2

You can access the Teacher Performance Appraisal and Development (TPAD 2) system online by following this link;https://tpad2.tsc.go.ke/

TSC T-PAY SYSTEM.

Payslips for teachers can be accessed online via the TSC T-Pay System. To use this service, you must first be registered and you will be required to have your TSC number and password for log in. Here is the link to the TSC online payslips;https://payslip.tsc.go.ke/

ADVERTISED POSTS.

You can view and apply for advertised TSC posts, online. Promotions and TSC Secretariat vacancies can be viewed by visiting the TSC online portal at;https://tsc.go.ke/index.php/our-services/human-resource/advertised-posts

TSC DOWNLOADS.

A number of TSC documents (circulars, forms and manuals) are available for free downloads from the TSC website. Visit the downloads section via; https://www.tsc.go.ke/index.php/media-centre/downloads

DOWNLOADING YOUR P9 FORM

The P9 form enables you to file your Kenya Revenue Authority, KRA, returns. you can access your P9 here;https://payslip.tsc.go.ke/

WEALTH DECLARATION.

You can declare your income, assets and liabilities by following the link;https://tsconline.tsc.go.ke/

Hi,
I retired on 30/06/2023. I forwarded all the requirements in time. Since then i have not received my pension number as well as my pension status. Others of the same dates have received. Kindly respond to my query. Thank you.
