A Navakholo Secondary School teacher has been shot dead by her former husband, Patrick Oita Nyapara.
Mr Nyapara is an Administration Police, AP, Officer. Madam Christine Maonga of Navakholo Secondary school was shot dead by Mr Nyapara, who is said to be her former husband, this week; but the motive behind her killing is yet to be known as the assailant is on the run. The assailant’s firearm has since been recovered.
Navakholo Secondary School is located in Bunyala West Location in Lurambi Constituency within Kakamega County. It is a mixed day secondary school.
Christine Maonga and her former husband are said to have been embroiled in a domestic brawl before her untimely demise.
