<p>Being a public school, form one admissions are done by the Ministry of Education. Vacancies are available on competitive basis. Those seeking admissions can though directly contact the school or pay a visit for further guidelines.</p>
<h3><span style="color: #ff00ff;"><strong>THOME BOYS SECONDARY </strong></span><span style="color: #ff00ff;"><strong>SCHOOL&#8217;S KCSE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS</strong></span></h3>
<p>The school has maintained a good run in performance at the Kenya National Examinations Council, KNEC, exams. In the 2018 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, KCSE, exams the school registered a total of 22 candidates who managed to score a mean of a B+(plus) with a performance index of 67.61. In 2019, the school had a total candidature of 54 students.</p>
<p>In the 2013 KCSE exams (its maiden national exams), the 22 candidates who wrote their exam had a mean score of 9.41. One had a straight A, four A- (minus), Six B+ (plus), Seven B (plain), One B- (minus, two C+ (plus) and one C (plain.) The student who scored the C (plain)did his exams from a hospital bed.</p>
