<p>The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (Placement Service) is established as a State Corporation under Section 55 of the Universities Act No. 42 of 2012 with its functions being to, among others co-ordinate the placement of Government Sponsored Students to Universities and Colleges.</p>
<p>The Placement Service Board is responsible for all Public Universities Admissions of the Previous year’s Candidates and also for Inter-Transfer Applications before the Admission Week of August/September Intake.</p>
<p>Applications are done online by all applicants including those who had submitted their applications earlier through their respective schools and would wish to revise their choices. There is <strong>no manual</strong> applications.</p>
<p>The relevant guiding information such as degree and diploma programmes per university and college, subject clusters, similar programmes, previous cut off points (where applicable), weighted cluster calculation by performance index; may also be accessed as downloads from the KUCCPS website.</p>
