Many examiners have not received KNEC text or invitation letters. This is because they have block all promotional messages.
They should:
1.dial *456*9*5*5*1# to unblock promotional messages;
2.Reset their cp2 username and password which they will receive via their phone. Those who haven’t registered to do so via cp2@knec.ac.ke;
3.Accesd “examinersapp@knec.ac.ke “using the cp2 credentials to view and print letters.
