The KUCCPS online application\u00a0portal\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>is now open for the 2022\/2023 placement to institutions of higher learning.<\/p>\n

KUCCPS 2022 INTAKE APPLICATION GUIDELINES<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. To apply, login to the\u00a0KUCCPS\u00a0Student\u2019s Portal<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using your KCSE Index Number and KCSE Year. Use your Birth Certificate Number\/KCPE Index Number as the Password.<\/li>\n
  2. All programmes have minimum subject requirements. You will only be able to apply for a course whose minimum requirements you meet, but the selection will be determined by the overall performance and the available capacity.<\/li>\n
  3. You may view the available programmes and their requirements by clicking the\u00a0Programmes<\/strong>\u00a0tab in the portal. You can also search for courses by institution, using the\u00a0Institutions<\/strong>\u00a0tab.<\/li>\n
  4. As you select the programmes, you may move the ones that interest you into the\u00a0Course Basket<\/strong>. This will enable you to work with a shorter list when preparing your final list of courses to apply for.<\/li>\n
  5. Once you have settled on your preferred courses, you will only be required to enter the Programme Codes.<\/li>\n
  6. To apply, use the\u00a0Application\/Revision<\/strong>\u00a0tab to enter the Programme Codes.<\/li>\n
  7. After confirming that the Programme Codes entered are for the courses you would like to apply for, please submit and follow the application fee payment instructions.<\/li>\n
  8. An application processing fee is charged as follows:\n
      \n
    • Students applying for the first time \u2013\u00a0Ksh 1,500<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Students revising their choices submitted in school \u2013\u00a0Ksh1,000<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • The placement processing fee should be paid after you have selected courses.<\/li>\n
    • You are advised to keep your transaction code safely. It will be required before you make any subsequent changes to your application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      HOW TO PAY FOR KUCCPS APPLICATION FEE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      1. Go to your Lipa Na M-PESA Menu<\/li>\n
      2. Select Pay Bill<\/li>\n
      3. Enter Business Number 820221<\/li>\n
      4. For the Account Number, enter your KCSE Year and KCSE Index Number (no space)<\/li>\n
