Well, here is a guide to enable all teachers employed by the Teachers Service Commission, TSC, to do both self appraisals and appraise those under them.\n<p>After successfully creating your <a href=\"https:\/\/educationnewshub.co.ke\/?s=tpad\" rel=\"noopener\">new TPAD-2 account<\/a>, next you need to carry out a self appraisal. This is a simple process that can be achieved by following the steps below:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>log into your account by visiting this link;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tpad2.tsc.go.ke\/auth\/login\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/tpad2.tsc.go.ke\/auth\/login.<\/a> Enter your TSC Number, ID Number and Password then click ‘Login’. (In an event that you can not recall your password, click the ‘Forgot password’ tab to reset it.<\/li>\n<li>On successful login, you will be redirected to your dashboard. This shows a summary of your ‘to do’ (pending) and accomplished tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<figure id=\"attachment_11254\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11254\" style=\"width: 144px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11254\" src=\"https:\/\/educationnewshub.co.ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screenshot_20200528-214133.jpg\" alt=\"The new TPAD 2 login window.\" width=\"144\" height=\"238\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-11254\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The new TPAD 2 login window.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li>To start off your appraisal, click the menu button (at the top left corner; will be shown as three parallel lines if using a mobile phone). Then, select ‘Self appraisals’ followed by ‘self assessment’.<\/li>\n<li>Now, click ‘Create new appraisal’. Select the Year, Term and ‘on duty’ under eligibility.<\/li>\n<li>Your newly created appraisals will be listed under ‘My appraisals’.<\/li>\n<li>Under the ‘action’ column, select ‘proceed to appraisal’ to complete your appraisal by filling in the required information\/ fields.<\/li>\n<li>Record Teaching Standards, Learners Progress and Lesson Attendance. Choose the menu items (standards; one at a time), click ‘Update standard’ and in the next window click the ‘choose standard’ tab. Under the ‘Select Standards by Institution’ choose either Primary &amp; Secondary schools or SNE (Special Needs Education) Primary &amp; Secondary schools.<\/li>\n<li>Click ‘proceed to standard’.
