<h3><strong>TSC CHECK LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO ATTACH </strong></h3>
<h3>Primary School Teacher</h3>
<p> Must have a Primary Teacher Education (PTE) Certificate</p>
<p>1. Certified Copies 2023 by TSC County or Sub County Director of the following:</p>
<p>a. Primary Teacher Education (PTE) Certificate</p>
<p>b. KCSE Certificate</p>
<p>c. KCPE Certificate</p>
<p>d. Primary school leaving certificate</p>
<p>e. Secondary school leaving certificate</p>
<p>f. College leaving certificate</p>
<p>g. National Identity Card (both sides)</p>
<p>h. Affidavit in case there are names with initials on the certificates.</p>
<p>i. Teacher registration certificate/evidence of application for registration.</p>
<p>j. Two (2) passport size photos</p>
<p>k. Bank plate (ATM) (account number should be legible)</p>
<p>l. Duly filled pay point particulars (bank form downloaded from TSC website) www.tsc.go.ke</p>
<p>m. KRA pin certificate</p>
<p>n. NHIF Card</p>
<p>2. GP 69 Form from a Government Doctor</p>
<p>3. A commitment letter that you shall work in the current station of appointment for a minimum period of five (5) years</p>

<h3>Secondary School Teacher</h3>
<p> Must have a mean grade of C+ and above</p>
<p> Must have a C+ and above in the two (2) teaching subjects</p>

<p>a. Degree/Diploma Certificate</p>
<p>b. Official Academic transcripts</p>
<p>c. KCSE Certificate</p>
<p>d. KCPE Certificate</p>
<p>e. Primary school leaving certificate</p>
<p>f. Secondary school leaving certificate</p>
<p>g. National Identity Card (both sides)</p>
