Hi…how long does it take to approve a last expense for someone who died in Sept 2021? Should the deceased wake up and come for the money and then go back or what. The sum assured is also not known to us. We are being taken round and round like fools. Her child is suffering, bills have to be paid now that schools are opening. We are told approval comes from Tsc and a certain person is sitting on it. Her Tsc no is 555840, Kilifi county, Ganze subcounty.
Hi,my brother has just got admission for sugery,AoN says its paying half.Why so?The last time we went to the hospital,we stayed from 9AM to 7PM waiting for discharge.They ended up paying three-quarter of it,we had to top up to leave,that hospital stopped their services with AON.Now we have gone back to another one for reversal of the surgery,they wanna pay half,Why?I just wanna cry.
How much do you deduct monthly? Why should we have two schemes as teachers?
Once again I am disappointed with AON service my daughter could not be treated because of purported missing birth certificate. Yet I had forwarded those documents long time. Further more the same patient had been treated in the same place a month ago. Only got excuses that someone deleted the document and the system is down. How am I responsible for that?
The other time it was that treatment had cost had gone beyond 3000/- so I could not be given medicine.
I wonder if somebody at the form know the value of health. Be humane put health before financial gain.

I am in humbly asking aon to upgrade our services to be equivalent to those of nhif comprehensive.i have sought services at Kisumu royal dentist for dentures .they say aon supports a crown but not dentures..due to prolonged use of crown.my upper gums cannot support dentures.support staff in the public service can get dentures from their cover,senior teachers with over 30 years cannot get equivalent service.am appealing to aon to kindly consider my case.
