Kenya National Union of Teachers, KNUT’s, Deputy General Secretary Hesbon Otieno has warned that teachers will down tools if TSC does not solve stinging industrial disputes. Among contentious issues that KNUT wants solved immediately are: Delocalization of teachers, scrapping of the Teachers’ appraisal programme and promoting teachers on attainment of higher qualifications, among others.
