General requirements for a TSC teacher to be promoted to the next grade:
For a teacher working with the Teachers Service Commission, TSC, to be promoted, He/She must meet the following general conditions/ Requirements: One Must
- Must have to serve at the current grade/ Job group for a minimum period of three (3)
years - Must have satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process
- Must have successfully undertaken the relevant TPD modules
- demonstrate ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other
teachers - have a valid Teaching Certificate.
- meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution
