TSC PROFESSIONAL MIS-CONDUCT(OFFENCES)/ OFFENCES THAT CAN LEAD TO INTERDICTION/ DISCIPLINARY ACTION

The TSC may take disciplinary action against a teacher who commits any of the following offences/ misconducts:

Immoral behaviour: Sexual intercourse, Sodomy, Lesbianism and sexual harassment/ flirtation
Professional misconduct: negligence of duty, lateness to duty, Chronic absenteeism, desertion of duty, incitement and insubordination
Infamous conduct: drunkenness, fighting
Forgery
Mismanagement and embezzlement of public funds
