The Higher Education Loans Board, HELB, has started disbursing the 2018/19 HELB loans Semester Two (2). The loans have been disbursed to continuing students studying at various higher institutions of Learning. “Upkeep payment batches 1616,1622,1633,1651 & 1652 have so far been paid and SMS communication will be sent to respective mobile numbers,” says HELB.
HELB says the Payments should reflect in respective bank accounts on or before Tuesday, 15/1/2019.
